If the travel agency breaches the contract, it can request refund compensation: What should the travel agency do if it breaches the contract? According to Article 107 of my country's Contract Law, if a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or performs its contractual obligations inconsistently with the agreement, it shall bear liability for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures, or compensating for losses. According to the model text of the National Tourism Administration's "Group Domestic Travel Contract", tourists and travel agencies can terminate the contract in writing before the trip. If the contract is terminated more than 7 days before departure, both parties will not be liable for breach of contract.
