The toast palace corresponds to the "Liu Xiaoqing Rice Tofu Shop" where we just ate rice tofu. There are cliffs on its side, a long stream with waterfalls in front of the palace, and a deep unitary river below. There is hardly a foot of flat land here. The houses are built on the mountain, supported by hanging feet, and the eaves are towering like wild geese spreading their wings. I was deeply impressed by Tujia people's rich imagination and superb architectural art.

Looking while climbing, I remembered the advertisement I saw in the hotel. This toast palace brings me not only intuitive magic, but also endless mystery. In 9 10 AD, Peng established the Tusi Dynasty, with the capital of Xizhou Wangcun and the "Emirates Palace", which governed more than 20 states in Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing and Guizhou. After the Tusi King moved to the capital in A.D. 1 135, the "Emirates Palace" became the summer palace of the Tusi Kings in previous dynasties. This is the longest-lasting minority Tusi dynasty in the history of China, which lasted 8 18 years, with 35 Tusi kings in 28 generations. That must be the bronze pillar of the Western Zhou Dynasty.

It has 6 buried hearts and 8 sides. The tail of the column is covered with a copper top, and an oath is taken on the copper column. This bronze pillar is a symbol of the harmonious coexistence of all ethnic groups in ancient China, and it is also a symbol of peace, so it is regarded as a sacred object by Tujia people.

This history tells me that more than 2000 years ago, it was an important town in western Hunan. For a long time, as a fortress of land and water transportation, it has always been a golden port for trade, with more than a thousand mules and horses and merchants gathering every day. It was once the political and cultural center of Xiangxi. Therefore, furong town not only has a long history, but also has a heavy political and cultural accumulation. Its antiquity is not comparable to that of ordinary ancient towns.

After seeing the copper pillars, we crossed the Tuwang Bridge and walked along the mountain road across the stream.
