What is "tourism real estate"? What are its four modes?

Tourism real estate is built on the rich tourism resources around it, which is different from traditional residential projects and integrates tourism, leisure, vacation and residence. It can be called tourism real estate. Compared with ordinary houses, the characteristics and advantages of tourism real estate are that it is a seamless grafting of tourism and real estate, with better natural landscape and architectural landscape, complete supporting functions and high investment value.

Tourism real estate, in a sense, is an economic complex, covering real estate, vacation, life, leisure and entertainment.

Theoretically speaking, tourism real estate is a relatively broad concept, which can be roughly divided into four categories-tourist attractions real estate, tourist commercial real estate, tourist holiday real estate and tourist residential real estate.

Scenic spot real estate

Mainly refers to all kinds of sightseeing, leisure and entertainment buildings and related spaces built for tourists' tourism activities in tourist areas;

Commercial real estate

Mainly refers to shops, restaurants, entertainment cities and other buildings and related spaces that provide tourism services in or near tourist areas;

Holiday real estate

Mainly refers to all kinds of holiday-oriented buildings and related spaces provided for tourists or vacationers, which are directly used for tourism, leisure and holiday residence, such as tourist hotels, resorts, property-based hotels, timeshare hotels and so on.

Residential real estate

Mainly refers to all kinds of residential buildings and related spaces highly related to tourist areas.
