What are the interesting places in Yibin, Sichuan?
Yibin
Yibin is a famous historical and cultural city in China. Wuliangye, the world famous wine, is produced here. The developed brewing industry has made Yibin a veritable "wine capital of China". Yibin, the starting point of the Southern Silk Road, is known as "the half of Gu Rong in the southwest". Because Jinsha River and Minjiang River meet here, the Yangtze River is called "Yangtze River", so Yibin is also called "the first city of the Yangtze River". Bamboo Sea in Yibin and Shihaidong Township in southern Sichuan are world-famous and must not be missed.
Shunan bamboo forest
Bamboo Sea in southern Sichuan is famous for its vast bamboo sea, which is zigzag, wide from east to west and narrow from north to south. It is a typical Danxia landform. There are more than 400 kinds of bamboos in the scenic area, covering an area of more than 70,000 mu, with lush foliage and beautiful southern bamboos. Boarding the 2,700-meter-long Zhuhai cableway, you can have a panoramic view of Zhuhai and have a broader vision. Here you can taste the famous local "all-bamboo banquet", and the dishes on the table are all bamboo products.
Lizhuang Ancient Town
Lizhuang ancient town, located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in the eastern suburb of Yibin, is known as the "first ancient town in the Yangtze River" with a history of 1460 years. The ancient town prospered because of the Yangtze River, with street pavements, buildings in the Qing Dynasty, carved doors and windows, wind and volcano walls, etc. On both sides, it is quite characteristic of southern Sichuan. The "Nine Palaces and Eighteen Halls" composed of temples, palaces and halls, the former site of China Construction Society, a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit, the well-preserved ancient street Gu Xiang, numerous ancient residential courtyards, Luoxuantang, Kuixingge, Jiulong Stone Monument and Baihe Window are known as the "four wonders" of Li Zhuang, forming a unique ancient residential culture and unique architectural style in Li Zhuang. During the Anti-Japanese War, Tongji University, Academia Sinica, Central Museum, China Architecture Society, Jinling University, College of Arts and other institutions of higher learning and scientific research moved to Lizhuang. A large number of students, including world-class masters Liang Sicheng, Lin Weiyin, Fu Sinian, Li Ji, Tong Zuobin, Liang Siyong and Tong Dizhou, gathered in Lizhuang, forming a unique anti-immigrant culture in Lizhuang. Because it is close to the Yangtze River, there are many fish in Lizhuang. It is a good choice to taste the fresh river water in a fish boat on the river.
Tianbaozhai
Tianbao Village, also known as Tianbao Cave, is located in the cliff on the east side of Xianyu Cave, the southern Sichuan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area in Yibin City, Sichuan Province.
The ancient village is1500m long, 20m high and10m wide. The roof of the cave is composed of rocks, most of which are semi-natural caves and some are artificial caves. The top of the cave is a cliff, and the bottom of the cave is a steep cliff.
According to legend, this is the stronghold of ancient barbarian troops. There is also a legend that Tianbao Village was built in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty 1862, which was built by the local government to prevent Shi Dakai Taiping Army from entering Sichuan. There are 13 unique and solid stone gates inside. The terrain is dangerous, easy to defend but difficult to attack. In the early years of the Republic of China, bandits caused disasters, and local gentry moved here to prevent bandits from breaking into houses.
Cuipingshan Forest Park
Cuipingshan Park is located in the northwest of Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The specific location is at No.239 Cuiping Road, Cuiping District, Yibin City. It is a famous urban forest park integrating scenic spots and historical sites with forest scenery. Some people say it is named after a mountain that is evergreen all the year round, while others say it is named after a towering mountain, a green tree and a flat river bank. In my opinion, all this makes sense, but "different people have different opinions."
There are broad stone steps in front of the mountain, winding and extending in all directions. It is almost impossible to see and reach the top of the mountain. Trees are shaded on both sides, vines are entwined and flowers are overflowing. when we
