Starting from Yuhang District, drive 1.5 hours to the trail halfway up the mountainside of Jingshan Temple, and walk 1.5 hours to reach Jingshan Temple. When I think of Hangzhou, I only think of Lingyin Temple or Faxi Temple. I have basically no idea about Jingshan Temple, the birthplace of Japanese tea ceremony culture. In ancient Japan, monks came to Jingshan Temple to exchange and learn tea ceremony. The temples here are also very Japanese-style. However, due to the strong popularity of incense in recent years, Jingshan Temple has also continued to expand in size, and many temples have been repaired.
The weather was very good over the weekend, and the photos were great. The winding mountain road is still very steep, and the sun exposure is severe during the day. It is recommended to take photos after the sun goes down in the afternoon. Hiking in the bamboo forest is great for taking photos. After climbing to the top of the mountain, it is also very suitable for taking pictures when the sun is shining. After eating vegetarian food in the afternoon, you can copy Buddhist scriptures.
Jingshan Temple provides vegetarian food at noon. For 10 yuan, everyone can eat. If it's not enough, they can ask staff for a refill. After eating, everyone will clear the table and put the dishes and chopsticks in the recycling area.
You can go to Jingshan Temple to do volunteer work. I don’t know how to apply, but there are really many people volunteering on the mountain.

Jingshan Temple is on the mountain, and you have to make nine twists and turns to reach the top of the mountain, overlooking the majestic mountains. The cool breeze makes people feel very comfortable, and there are endless tea gardens and small bamboo forests nearby.
There are special accommodation rooms in the temple, which are a good place for worshiping Buddha, meditating, relaxing, hiking, autumn outings, taking pictures, and tasting tea.
Kingshan Temple is a Japanese Zen temple, especially suitable for getting kimonos.
I rented a kimono from a treasure. There were many beautiful kimonos in that store, which caught my eye. Renting it for a day costs about 50-60 yuan, and a deposit of 200 yuan is required. If you cannot return on the same day, you will need to add 5 yuan. The store will refund the deposit after receiving the kimono and confirming it is correct.
Note:
Please avoid national holidays and hot days, because it is really crowded and it is very hot to wear a kimono. In fact, there isn’t much inside. The point is that some places are closed and tourists cannot enter.
