(3) Monitoring and analyzing the quality and trend of comprehensive economic operation of investment attraction (domestic and foreign investment attraction), international economic cooperation, foreign investment, international trade, trade circulation, exhibition, tourism, grain, service and management of development zones (domestic and foreign investment attraction), corporate social responsibility and modern service industry; Study the key, hot and difficult issues in the operation of business economy, carry out comprehensive reform research on the construction of international trade center, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions in time; Focusing on promoting the development of modern service industry, we will implement countermeasures to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in the new district and accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the industry.

(five) responsible for the management and promotion of foreign trade operations in the new area; Responsible for fair import and export trade in the new area, customs clearance promotion at ports, overseas emerging market expansion and other related affairs; Responsible for international economic cooperation and promotion in new fields; Implement matters related to foreign economic cooperation in the new area, guide and promote foreign project contracting, overseas labor cooperation and overseas employment, and take the lead in protecting the rights and interests of overseas employees in the new area; Responsible for foreign aid work in the new district.

(six) responsible for cultivating and developing the commodity market and factor market in the new district, and rectifying and standardizing the market economic order; Optimize the commercial layout, promote the rational allocation of commercial formats and the construction of major commercial facilities; Organizing major regional commercial activities; Responsible for the administrative management and industry guidance of grain circulation in the new district; Responsible for the management of liquor monopoly in the new district.

(seven) responsible for cultivating, developing and standardizing the new tourism market; Organize and coordinate major tourism activities; Promote the construction of tourism facilities and optimize the tourism environment.

(8) To be responsible for cultivating and developing the modern service industry in the new district, promoting the construction of the international trade center in the new district, and promoting the industrial development of modern service industries such as service outsourcing industry, modern logistics industry, convention and exhibition industry, creative industry, e-commerce, business service and service trade.

(nine) to be responsible for the construction and development, business guidance, letters and visits and social stability of grass-roots units and various social organizations in this system, as well as the guidance and supervision authorized and entrusted by the government; Responsible for the disclosure of government information in this system.
