In 1930s, Hu Shuanzi, the bandit leader, buried the stolen treasures of Xixia Tomb in a mysterious ancient city in the northwest of China. A few years later, the ancient city became today's town, and the village elder Tang (Sun) wanted to use the legend of "bandits hiding treasures" to develop tourism projects here.

Old Tang's efforts didn't get what he wanted. The failure of early investment made him gradually lose the trust of the masses. Opposition from all sides made his tourism development plan difficult.

In order not to startle him, on the surface, he promised to cooperate with Lao Tang to develop tourism projects, but in secret, he was secretly implementing the treasure-winning plan. Lao Tang thought that the opportunity for development had finally come, and immediately mobilized residents to dig for treasures while building tourist resorts. He actively cooperated with the inspection of international thieves, but he didn't know that he was just a pawn used by Zhou Dingbang.

While the two sides were busy running around for the treasure, resourceful Chunniang stumbled upon Zhou Dingbang's plot.
