Train: Take a train from Yuping to Beijing West Railway Station, then take a taxi from Beijing West Railway Station to Beijing Station, and then take a bullet train from Beijing Station to Harbin.

Plane: fly from Tongren to Beijing, and then from Beijing to Harbin. But there seems to be no flight from Tongren to Beijing now. )

Mix and match: take the train from Tongren to Chongqing and fly directly from Chongqing to Harbin.
