What is the travel guide for Yunnan?

In Yunnan, there are ancient cities, mountains, lakes, wetlands, Naxi barbecue, cross-bridge rice noodles, steamed stone pot fish, Bai spicy and sour fish and countless other specialties. You can also experience the cultural customs of the Naxi, Mosuo, Bai and Dai ethnic groups.

Xishuangbanna is located in the south of Yunnan, so in terms of distance, it is difficult to visit it all in one visit. Considering that my friend and I only had 7 days, after discussing with my teacher, we finally decided on the itinerary for Kunming, Dali, and Lijiang, leaving Shangri-La and Xishuangbanna for next time. If you have enough time, you can play it all in one go.

1. Arrive in Kunming on the same day (pick up from the airport) and stay at Kunming Stone Forest World Geological Heritage in the evening. First stop: Kunming - pick up from the airport - check into the hotel

Our plane to Kunming was delayed, and the teacher who came to pick us up waited at the airport for a long time.

Second stop - Stone Forest World Geological Heritage 5A Level Scenic Area]

When you arrive in Kunming, if you don’t have Stone Forest, don’t check in. Visit small shops, eat traditional snacks such as roasted milk fans, and feel the customs of the Yi people.

Third stop - Dali Ancient City - Jeep Tour Erhai Lake - Sea of ??Flowers - Shuanglang - Nanzhao Customs Island - Dali

The fourth stop - The Mystery of Dongba - Glass Suspension Bridge - "The Myth of Snow Mountain" - Lijiang Ancient Town

Wandering in Lijiang Ancient Town, the ancient city is full of wooden buildings, Stone alleys, small bridges and flowing water. Standing on the East Street of the ancient city, you can look up at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. It's just awesome.

I absolutely love outdoor balconies. Best for chatting in a daze. You can go to the tea room and have a cup of Pu'er tea at any time. Er tea brewed by the innkeeper himself. This room is very popular. Remember to ask the teacher to make an appointment in advance.

The fifth stop - Lijiang - Shuhe Ancient Town - Jade Dragon Snow Mountain - Blue Moon Valley - Kunming

The focus of today's itinerary is to climb the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The white Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is the sacred mountain of the Naxi people and one of the mountains that many people want to climb in Lijiang. The beautiful scenery after reaching the top will make you feel that the hardships on the way up are worth it.

(PS: Glacier cableway tickets are on sale in limited quantities, so be sure to buy them in advance. You can book with the teacher: there are also down jackets and oxygen provided by the teacher, so you don’t need to buy them separately!)

The sixth stop - Kunming Changshui Airport

After breakfast, the teacher took us directly to Kunming Changshui International Airport and then returned.

Semi-self-help: The 6-day itinerary planned by the teacher cost more than 1,000 yuan, including all hotel accommodations, attraction tickets, butler service fees, meals, and transportation Fees.

While I was having breakfast I heard them say they didn't play anything. They just locked it in buybuy and bought it. Oh, I feel bad, I bought it with money. So for people like me, it is necessary to find someone reliable to play with.

2. Don’t listen or believe it. Lijiang Lijiang Aventure, silver jewelry, Puer tea, Shangri-La's Tibetan medicine, medicine trays, Tibetan silver, etc. Pay attention to these, don't be tempted by the low price!

3. Security issues. Don't mess with unlicensed and black cars. Don’t travel late at night in the middle of nowhere, either. Don't trust the words of strangers.

Take a plane or train and transfer in Kunming, the provincial capital. Golden Horse Square - Jade Chicken Square - Green Lake - Former Residence of Yuan Jiagu - Kunming Old Street - Yunnan Art Theater are all good places.
