Shuhe, Lashihai and the ancient tea-horse road are all in Lijiang.

Caohai and Lover Bay are in Lugu Lake.

Songzanlin Temple and Napahai are in Shangri-La.

Tiger Leaping Gorge is on the road from Lijiang to Shangri-La.

You can go to Lijiang first. Shuhe, Lashihai and the ancient tea-horse road are on the same line, and a one-day tour is enough.

Then go to Lugu Lake. Caohai and Lover's Bay are next to Lugu Lake.

Return to Lijiang from Lugu Lake and then go to Shangri-La. You can slowly visit Pudacuo Park, Napahai in Ira Grassland and Songzanlin Temple.

If you go back, you can fly directly from Shangri-La or take any means of transportation back to Lijiang.

Travel Tips: There are more than 2,300 waves in Old Town of Lijiang, with strong ultraviolet rays. Remember to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc. The stone road in the ancient city is uneven, so it is easy to drag the wheels of the suitcase. Try to use a backpack or bag. The temperature difference between day and night in plateau climate is large. It becomes winter when it rains. Remember to bring a slightly thicker coat and don't use too many clothes. The sunshine on the plateau is warm and bright. After washing, it dried in two hours. Lijiang's climate is relatively dry, so it is not advisable to take a bath for too long. It is recommended to bring moisturizing water. If you are worried about altitude sickness, you can take anti-altitude sickness drugs such as rhodiola half a month in advance.

In shopping, Shuhe is cheaper than Dayan, so you don't have to rush to buy what you like, compare more and buy it in a unified way the day before departure.
