The following national staff (hereinafter referred to as "registered personnel") who apply for going abroad (territory) for personal reasons shall submit their opinions on the applicant's going abroad (territory) to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ where their household registration is located.

The basic information of the registered personnel shall be registered with the public security organ by their work units.
