Do I need a school certificate to travel abroad with my passport?

Only the following supporting materials are required:

1. Application conditions: local permanent residents, China citizens who temporarily live in the local area or settle abroad, and go abroad for reasons such as settling abroad, visiting relatives, studying, obtaining employment, traveling and engaging in business activities.

2. Application materials:

(1) application form for China citizens going abroad for personal reasons (provided by the entry-exit department);

(2) Photographs (two-inch, color, white background, digital, layered, portrait collection service provided by the entry-exit administration department); Resident identity card, residence booklet and a copy;

(3) Original and photocopy of ID card and household registration book (under the age of 16, ID card and photocopy are not required, but ID cards of 1 guardian and their opinions are required);

(4) The registered staff of state organs, personnel of some institutions and managers of enterprises and institutions shall also submit opinions issued by the competent personnel department when applying for passports.
