Linyi County Relocation Plan in 2022

By 2022, 354 villages in the whole region have been upgraded, that is, these villages cannot be relocated or merged in the short term. Relocate and integrate the areas with poor natural living conditions and important ecological environment protection functions or these villages (***378 villages) located around towns and industrial parks and with strong urban radiation drive, and build new rural communities. In addition, Linyi county should also support villages with good industrial development and obvious demonstration effect, and take the lead in realizing agricultural and rural modernization in the province.

At the same time, for villages rich in historical and cultural resources and well-developed rural tourism, we will create characteristic and charming villages.

Article 14 of the State Council's Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Key Work of Rural Revitalization in 2022 will increase support for key counties for rural revitalization and centralized resettlement areas for ex situ relocation. We will implement a number of projects to revitalize key counties in rural areas to make up for shortcomings and promote development. We will work out an implementation plan for the effective connection of key counties for national rural revitalization, and consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Do a good job in the selection of science and technology missions in key counties for national rural revitalization, implement the industrial technology consultant system, and carry out group-based assistance for education and medical cadres in a planned way. Establish and improve the monitoring and evaluation mechanism for the development of key counties for national rural revitalization. Increase investment in credit funds and insurance guarantee for key counties of national rural revitalization. We will improve the supporting facilities and public services in the relocation and centralized resettlement areas, continue to increase the industrial cultivation in the resettlement areas, and carry out special actions for relocation and employment. Implement measures such as household registration management of relocated people, protection of legitimate rights and interests, and social integration to improve the governance level of resettlement communities.
