Work summary of county tourism bureau

* * Under the leadership of the county party committee and the county government, with the care, support and help of the provincial and municipal tourism bureaus, the county tourism bureau has carried out a series of work, such as tourism resource investigation, safety production and tourism marketing, closely around the overall situation of the county's economic development and combined with the objective reality of this bureau. The work carried out in the first half of this year is summarized as follows:

I. Work Completion in the First Half of the Year

1, work safely. First, at the beginning of the year, we signed a responsibility letter for the management (guarantee) of tourism safety production objectives with various scenic spots and tourism companies, which put forward clear requirements for the safety responsibility of each scenic spot and tourism company in carrying out tourism work. The second is to investigate the hidden dangers of tourism production in the county on the occasion of the "May 1" Golden Week. During the Golden Week, all cadres and workers of this unit not only insisted on going to work normally, but also implemented a 24-hour duty system to ensure that no safety accidents occurred during the May 1 ST period. 3. On June 1 1, we participated in the "June Legal Publicity Month" in Xintian Square, south of the city, and publicized the knowledge of tourism safety management and other laws and regulations, and distributed more than 500 publicity materials. Fourth, strengthen the drifting safety management of Qingxi River, and assist relevant departments of cities and counties to complete the drifting safety assessment of Qingxi River in mid-May. In the first half of the year, there was no tourism safety accident in our county.

2. Training work. From April 24th to May 10, in order to standardize the professional behavior of the service industry in our county and improve the service quality in our county, our bureau assisted the county personnel, labor and social security bureau and the labor and employment bureau to hold the county-wide on-the-job staff training class 17 days. This training involves eight majors in six industries, including guest rooms, catering, housekeeping, merchandise salespersons, beauty salons, health massage and auto repair, with 450 participants. This is a long-term short-term training for service industry with the largest scale, the highest quality and the most obvious effect. After the training, the qualified personnel were given corresponding professional qualification certificates, which laid the foundation for the implementation of the vocational qualification access system and promoted the development of tourism in our county.

3. Research work. In order to better develop and utilize our county's tourism resources, our bureau sent special personnel to cooperate with the county's CPPCC to inspect our county's tourism resources from March 20 to April 20, and went deep into the scenic spots in Fengyi, Yanyan, Tang Miao, Bifeng, Yangxing and Xinzhou 12 towns, conducted field visits, surveys and videos, and took photos of our county's scenic spots. Second, the main leaders and leaders in charge of the county were invited and accompanied for many times to investigate and study the scenic spots with great development value, such as Fancun, Baishui, Liangfengdong and East Sichuan, and gained the attention of the leaders through field visits. 5. Tourism marketing and information reporting. In terms of tourism promotion and information submission, we have formulated a feasible work plan. First, the comprehensive agricultural channel of CCTV was hired to report and take photos in Baishui Scenic Area, Jiudaoshui Forest Park, Qingxi River Drifting and Fancun in our county, and to make CDs and broadcast them on TV stations for publicity. The second is to open the * * travel channel on the public information website of the people's government of * * county. Through the three sections of "beautiful scenery", "scenic spot recommendation" and "special food", the rich tourism resources and beautiful scenery of our county were promoted in the form of words, pictures and videos, which aroused widespread concern of the whole people and won high praise. The third is to report information in time. In the past six months, we not only submitted statistical network information in time according to the requirements of provinces, cities and counties, but also informed other work in the form of briefings. In the past six months, * * * edited five issues of the newsletter and one issue of the newsletter, and published four issues of a message on the government information website of * * County People's Government. Through this platform, more people have learned about tourism and tourism work in our county. Fourthly, the tourist routes of Zunyi-Suiyang Crystal Hot Spring, Shuanghedong-Qingxi River Drifting-Jiudaoshui Forest Park were developed in cooperation with surrounding Suiyang, and initial results were achieved.

In order to optimize the tourism development environment, we have carried out the following work: First, we have made a CD of tourism resources, opened the "* * Tourism Channel" on the public information website of the people's government of * * county, widely publicized the tourism resources of our county, and enhanced the awareness and attention of cadres and the masses; The second is to strengthen the construction of tourism ethics, intensify rectification and standardize the tourism market; Third, the management of Qingxi River rafting and Zunyi Travel Agency's office in * * has been strengthened, which has stopped illegal tourism activities in our county, standardized the tourism market and guaranteed the rights and interests of tourists; The fourth is to implement the responsibility system for safety, and sign the responsibility book for tourism safety for Qingxi River rafting and Jiudaoshui Forest Park respectively, and implement the safety to the specific responsible person of the unit; The fifth is to rectify the chaos in scenic spots and provide tourists with a clean and beautiful tourist environment.

Second, the completion of the key work of tourism in xx years

According to the Notice of the Office of the Municipal People's Government on Seriously Grasping the Key Work of xx Tourism Development (document No.67 issued by the government), there are three key tasks of xx tourism development in our county: one is to declare and evaluate two-star hotels, and the other is to declare and evaluate national 2a-level tourist attractions, which are required to be completed before the end of June. At present, the investigation and designation have been completed, and the relevant requirements and materials are being improved, which is expected to be completed on time. The second is to build cross-regional tourist routes with Zunyi, Daozhen and Chongqing, which is required to be completed before the end of 10. In May, four teams and related member units of our county and county committee held a meeting with four teams and member units of Nanchuan District of Chongqing, and reached an understanding on developing regional economy and building tourist routes together. The third is to complete the compilation of the tourism development plan of * * county, which is required to be completed before the end of 10. Many units have been contacted now, and preparations are under way, which is expected to be completed on time.

Third, the existing problems and the direction of next efforts

Our county's tourism information is extremely rich, but it is hidden in the boudoir, rarely developed and utilized, and there is no tourism climate. At present, the main problems are as follows: first, the external publicity is not enough, which has not caused a strong publicity momentum. Second, the awareness of ecological protection is not strong, and now the resources are seriously damaged. Third, the infrastructure of the developed scenic spots is backward, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and the related services can't keep up. Fourth, there is a lack of tourism talents, the overall quality of tourism professionals is low, tourism management talents are lacking, and services in related industries cannot keep up. Fourth, the county has not formed a joint force of tourism development, and the development mechanism of "government-led, departmental linkage and social participation" has not been implemented. The county lacks macro policies to guide the development of tourism, and does not regard tourism as a new economic growth point and a bright spot of industrial structure adjustment in our county. Fifth, it is difficult to carry out all the work without working funds.

In view of the above situation, the main work in the second half of the year will focus on the following aspects: First, complete the county-wide tourism development plan. The second is to increase publicity, show the beautiful scenery of * * through pictures, materials and slogans, and let more people know about * * and pay attention to its tourism. The third is to strengthen the protection of existing tourism resources and issue relevant documents to stop man-made destruction. The fourth is to assist in formulating preferential policies related to tourism development and increase investment attraction.

In short, under the leadership of the county party committee and the government, under the guidance of the higher authorities, and through the careful efforts of the overall cadres and workers, * * has made certain achievements, but there are also many problems.
