2. Qualifications of applicants

6. "Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name" issued by the industrial and commercial administration department;

IV. Procedures

2. 3. The district and county tourism administrative departments shall make a decision on whether to grant permission within 20 days from the date of acceptance of the application. Those who approve the establishment of the travel agency shall issue a written approval, and the Shanghai Municipal Tourism Bureau shall issue a " Travel agency business license". If permission is not granted, the applicant shall be notified in writing and the reasons shall be stated.

4. The applicant should go to the industrial and commercial administration department in the jurisdiction with the "Travel Agency Business License" and the approval copy to apply for registration and obtain a business license.

The travel agency shall, within 3 working days from the date of obtaining the "Travel Agency Business License", open a special quality deposit account in the bank designated by the tourism administrative department, deposit the quality deposit, or The tourism administrative department that issued the permit shall submit a bank guarantee with a legally obtained guarantee amount not less than the corresponding quality deposit amount.
