Can I travel to the plateau after catching a cold?
If you can recover from a slight cold and take medicine in time, you can still travel to the plateau. If you have a bad cold, you may not be able to recover in time after taking the medicine, and you need to travel in the plateau (especially above 4000 meters above sea level) for several days. It is recommended to wait until you catch a cold before traveling to the plateau.
Note: It is easy to cause altitude sickness after catching a cold.
Note: If you catch a cold, it is recommended not to stay above 3500 meters above sea level.
