Introduction to xiong'an new area: xiong'an new area is a national new district under the jurisdiction of Hebei Province, located in the middle of Hebei Province, in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding. Xiong'an new area includes Xiongxian, Rongcheng and Anxin counties and some surrounding areas, covering an area of about 1.770 square kilometers.

Xiong'an new area is located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, in the middle of Jizhong Plain, on the south bank of Juma River downstream, on the alluvial fan of Daqing River system, and belongs to the transitional zone from Taihang Mountain piedmont plain to alluvial plain. The whole territory is high in the northwest and slightly lower in the southeast, with an altitude of 7 ~ 19 meters, which is about one thousandth of the natural longitudinal slope. 1, Baiyangdian:

Baiyangdian, located in Anxin County, xiong'an new area, is a national key tourist area and an open area. With a water area of 366 square kilometers, it is the largest freshwater lake in North China Plain. Terrain is formed by the repeated evolution from sea to lake and from lake to land. The lake area is divided into 143 lakes of different sizes and shapes by 39 villages, 3,700 ditches and120,000 mu of reeds. It is famous for rice, fish and shrimp, lotus root and "Anzhou reed mat". China Baiyangdian Lotus Festival is held on July 23rd every year.

Baiyangdian has a long history. As early as the Neolithic Age, there were human activities in the west and south of the Lake District (Liucun and Liangzhuang in Anxin County).
