Processing conditions of Taiwan pass

Legal analysis: Generally, different types of situations are different. (1) Group Tour: Take part in a group tour to Taiwan Province organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration and qualified to travel to Taiwan. (2) Individual Tour: permanent residents who are open to individual tour cities in Taiwan Province Province, or non-permanent residents who meet the requirements stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau, apply for individual tour in Taiwan Province Province. (3) Visiting relatives: visiting relatives who have settled, lived, worked and studied in Taiwan Province Province for a long time; Mainland spouses who have not yet obtained the status of residents in Taiwan Province Province will live together in Taiwan. (4) Settlement: Mainland residents who have obtained the qualification of settlement in Taiwan Province Province with the approval of the competent department of Taiwan Province apply for settlement in Taiwan Province Province. (5) Invited: approved by the Taiwan Affairs Office, go to Taiwan Province Province for scientific, technological, cultural, sports, academic and other exchange activities, or participate in cross-strait business negotiations and interviews. Legal basis: "Guide for Issuing Passes and Endorsements for Mainland Residents to and from Taiwan" Article 7 Mainland residents may apply for separate passes to and from Taiwan according to their needs.

Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Taiwan at the same time, or apply for endorsements separately with valid travel permits to and from Taiwan, must meet the corresponding conditions according to different reasons:
