How to apply for a visa to the UK?

British visas are mainly divided into tourist visas, business visas, work visas, visiting relatives visas and studying abroad visas. The expected signing time is 15-20 working days. Applicants are required to provide fingerprint collection+photo taking. The tourist visa is valid for six months and cannot be extended.

If you go to settle in the UK, your visa is initially valid for one year. The student visa is valid for the duration of the unconditionally accepted course. Therefore, if you plan to study for one year in the preparatory course and then for three years in the bachelor's degree course one year later, the visa is only valid for the first year.

However, if there is an unconditional admission notice for a three-year course, the visa is valid for three years. The submitted materials should be complete, correct and reasonable, which can speed up the processing of visa applications.

Article 9 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration:

China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country.

China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits.

However, unless the China government has signed visa exemption agreements with other governments or the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide otherwise.

China citizens who leave or enter the country as seafarers and work on foreign ships shall apply for a seaman's certificate according to law.
