Weinan tourism

The tourist attractions in Weinan include Huashan Mountain, Heyang Qiachuan Scenic Area, Sima Qian Temple Scenic Area, Cangjie Temple and Shaohua Mountain National Forest Park.

Mount Huashan

Huashan Mountain, known as "Xiyue Mountain" in ancient times and "Taihua Mountain" in elegance, is one of the five mountains. Located in huayin city, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, east of the provincial capital xi 120km. It borders the Qinling Mountains in the south and Huang Wei in the north. Since ancient times, there has been a saying that "the first mountain in the world".

Heyang Qiachuan scenic spot

Heyang Qiachuan Scenic Area is located in the east of Heyang County, Shaanxi Province, on the bank of the Yellow River, 22km away from the county seat, with an area of165km2. It is the largest riverside wetland and hot spring lake scenic spot in the Yellow River Basin.

Sima Qianci scenic spot

Commonly known as Sima Temple, it is a mausoleum built to commemorate Sima Qian, a famous historian in China. Located on the cliff of Hanyipo, Zhichuan Town, south of Hancheng 10 km, it was built in Yongjia, Western Jin Dynasty for 4 years.

Cang Xie Temple

Located in Shiguan Township, 35km northeast of Baishui County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, it was built to commemorate Cang Xie, the "ancestor of writing". There are East-West Theater, Bell and Drum Tower and East-West Wing on both sides of the main building. Temples are mainly relics of the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and there are painted murals in the hall of the theater. Although it has been peeling off for a long time, the charm of the original can still be seen in the remnants.

Shaohua Mountain National Forest Park

Shaanxi Weinan Huazhou National Forest Park is located in the continental monsoon semi-humid climate zone. The vegetation in Qinling Mountain area is mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest and deciduous forest, the forest coverage rate is 90%, the elevation of the main peak is 1664.4m, and the total park area is 6300 hectares.
