Refund policy of air ticket epidemic

The epidemic refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund can only be made at the place where the ticket is issued. If the guest didn't buy the ticket at this ticket office, he can only help the guest cancel his seat, and write on the last page of the ticket that the guest applied for a refund on X, X, X, X, and X, and affix the official seal. If there is an official seal of flight delay on the back of the ticket, no refund will be charged;

2. Generally, the refund fee shall not exceed 10% 24 hours before departure, 10% 22 hours before departure and 20% 2 hours before departure. For other regulations, please refer to the airline refund list;

Change the ticket after the flight takes off. In this case, the airport will charge a handling fee of 5% of the fare. If the ticket price after the change is higher than your current ticket price, passengers still need to make up the difference.

China Civil Aviation Passenger Baggage Transport Rules Article 21 If the passenger fails to complete part or all of the voyage within the validity period of the ticket due to the reasons of the carrier or the passenger, he may request a refund within the validity period of the ticket. Passengers who request a refund shall handle it with the "flight coupon", "passenger coupon" or the unused part of the ticket. Refund can only be handled at the ticket office of the carrier or its sales agent at the place where the ticket is issued, the origin of the flight and the end of the trip. The fare can only be refunded to the passenger or the payer of the ticket.

Twenty-second passengers who voluntarily refund their tickets shall provide their valid identity documents in addition to their valid tickets, and shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions.

(1) If a passenger requests a refund within 24 hours or 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, a refund fee of 10% of the passenger fare will be charged; Ask for a refund within two hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, and charge a refund fee of 20% of the passenger fare. If you ask for a refund after the scheduled departure time of the flight, it will be treated as a missed flight.

(2) Passengers holding connecting tickets or return tickets who request a refund shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article.

(three) disabled revolutionary servicemen who request a refund shall be exempted from the refund.

(4) Passengers holding baby tickets are exempt from refund fees.

(5) A passenger holding an indefinite ticket who requests a refund shall go through the refund formalities at the original place of purchase within the validity period of the ticket.

(6) Passengers automatically terminate their travel at the stop of the flight, and the ticket price of the unused segment of the flight will not be refunded.
