The "Notice" pointed out that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made it clear that A-level tourist attractions strictly implement the requirements of "quota, appointment and peak shifting" and strictly control the upper limit of tourist reception in accordance with the requirements of local party committees and governments for epidemic prevention and control. At the same time, strictly implement the ticket reservation system to ensure that tourist information can be inquired and tracked.
In terms of the supervision of travel agencies, the Notice clearly enjoins travel agencies and online travel enterprises to strengthen risk assessment and judgment, timely understand and master the epidemic situation of tourist destinations and tourist sources, and may not organize a delegation to travel to high school risk areas, undertake tourism teams in high school risk areas, and organize tourists to travel in high school risk areas.
The "Notice" requires that when the relevant departments of the tourist destination government issue tourist warning tips or list the relevant areas as high-risk levels of the epidemic, the tourism team that has not set out must immediately cancel or change the travel itinerary; Tourism teams already in the local area must suspend local tourism activities and cooperate with relevant epidemic investigation.
In terms of the requirements of prevention and control measures for indoor places in the cultural tourism industry, the Notice clearly stipulates that star-rated hotels and theaters, museums, public libraries, cultural centers (stations), art galleries and other performance places, indoor places in A-level tourist attractions, entertainment places, Internet service places and other relatively closed places should strengthen epidemic prevention and control, strengthen health management and ventilation and disinfection.
The "Notice" pointed out that for indoor cultural tourism activities, according to the local epidemic prevention and control deployment requirements, the flow should be restricted, the stop should be stopped, and the seal should be sealed to resolutely block the spread of the epidemic.
Recently, with the emergence of COVID-19 epidemic cases in many cities across the country, many scenic spots across the country announced the closure or upgrading of epidemic prevention measures.

On August 3rd, Wuhan Culture and Tourism Bureau of Hubei Province issued a notice, demanding that the tourist reception of A-level scenic spots in the city should be reduced to 50% of the maximum carrying capacity of the scenic spots, and all performing arts activities in the scenic spots should be suspended.
