In Pingshan County, Changzhi, Shanxi, there is a Guidi Village located on the Shanxi-Henan Ancient Road. Located between Henan Province and Shanxi Province, due to its special geographical location, there were many inns and shops here in ancient times.

Due to its special geographical location, it looks like a well from top to bottom. As for when the village here was established, it is generally guessed that it was after the construction of ancient roads. But the age of the road construction is also an unknown situation. In the 1950s, transportation began to develop, and the roads here were gradually abandoned. It was hidden in the world until 1997 when villagers realized the importance of transportation and began to build roads outwards. A road of more than 1,500 meters was opened on the cliff. A power station has also been built in the village, and the living situation has gradually improved. The government has also given a lot of help, and now it has become a tourist attraction.
