Second, the infrastructure lags behind. During the tourist season, tourists come, they can't stay, the service is not good and the quality and price are high. Insufficient investment is also reflected in the incomplete comprehensive function. After tourists come, they can only visit the scenic spots and then stay in the hotel. There are many supporting things, such as food, housing, transportation, shopping and entertainment.

The third is the restriction of traffic bottlenecks. Most of the guests in Hailar and Ulanhot have to return along the original road. The most taboo of traveling is going back, but visitors to Aershan have to go back and forth. The railway is a broken road, and the highway is a third-class road, especially subject to aircraft. If the plane can't get in, there will be no high-end tourists and there will be no high-end consumption. Traffic is still the most important problem we need to solve in developing tourism.

Fourth, the service products are of low grade and poor quality. The evaluation of our tourism in Aershan City is that the hardware is not hard and the software is too soft. The city is dirty, the management is chaotic, the service is poor and the grade is low. Many hotels and restaurants can't meet the basic hygiene requirements. We started in the period of tourism development in 2 1 century, with a per capita GDP of $1500, and Huangshan started with a per capita GDP of $500. The initial stage is different. The primary stage does not mean that the level must be low. If the initial stage is low, the future development level will be low. Aershan proposed to build an international tourist city for leisure and holiday, so the starting point can't be lower. Now it is necessary to be strict and form a habit and a culture. If we are not strict now, it will be impossible to make it a high-grade reception in the future, because it has formed that habit and become a culture. Therefore, the standard should be set higher from the beginning, which is a high starting point in the primary stage. The software is too soft, and many tourists have great opinions about us. The reputation of tourist cities is very important, because we provide tourism products, and word of mouth is very important. In particular, tourism has another feature. Under normal circumstances, a tourist can only come to a scenic spot once, and there are few opportunities to come for the second time without special circumstances. Where tourists choose to go is generally based on the reputation of this place and how to listen to others' introductions. Visitors also have the habit of commenting after visiting a scenic spot, so that the reputation of the scenic spot will be widely spread. To this end, our hotels and restaurants should strive to have a good reputation and spread it.
