Shanxi Province:

(1) Cancel southeastern Shanxi and implement the system of city governing county. (2) Jincheng was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, with urban areas and suburbs. Qinshui, Yangcheng, Gaoping and Lingchuan in the southeast of Shanxi Province were placed under the jurisdiction of Jincheng City. The establishment of Hollingholt City, part of Zhalute Banner is the administrative area of Hollingholt City. Hollinghott is led by the Zhelimu Union. The Municipal People's Government is stationed in Zhusihua. (the State Council 1985 165438+ approval number10.9 [1985] 167] Note: Zhalute Banner partially refers to the Huolinhe office established in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Liaoning province:

1. (The following is the reply of the State Council [1985] No.9 on June 7).

(1) Cancel Xiuyan County and establish Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County, with the original administrative area of Xiuyan County as the administrative area of Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County.

(2) Revocation of Fengcheng County and establishment of Fengcheng Manchu Autonomous County, with the original administrative area of Fengcheng County as the administrative area of Fengcheng Manchu Autonomous County.

(3) Cancel Xinbin County, set up Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, and take Xinbin County as the administrative area.

(1) Cancel Jinxi County and establish Jinxi City (county level). The administrative area of Jinxi County is Jinxi City.

(2) Beipiao County was abolished and beipiao city (county level) was established, with the administrative area of the original Beipiao County as the administrative area of beipiao city.

Jilin Province:

1. (hereinafter referred to as the State Council 1985 approval number [1985] 17).

(1) Tonghua area was abolished and the system of city governing county was implemented.

(2) Tonghua City has been upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and Tonghua and Ji 'an counties in Tonghua area are under the jurisdiction of Tonghua City.

(3) Hunjiang City was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and Fusong, Jingyu and Changbai Korean Autonomous Counties in Tonghua area were placed under the jurisdiction of Hunjiang City.

(4) Cancel Hailong County, set up meihekou city (prefecture level), take the former administrative area of Hailong County as the administrative area of meihekou city, and put Huinan and Liuhe counties in Tonghua area under the jurisdiction of meihekou city.

(5) Revocation of Huaide County, establishment of Gongzhuling City (prefecture level), taking the former administrative area of Huaide County as the administrative area of Gongzhuling City, and placing Yitong County of Siping City under the jurisdiction of Gongzhuling City.

2. Dunhua County was abolished, and Dunhua City (county level) was established, with the former administrative area of Dunhua County as the administrative area of Dunhua City (the State Council1February 9851Approval Letter [1985] No.24).

3. The establishment of Hailong District and Meihe District in meihekou city (1985 approved by the State Council on August 30th).

(1) Gongzhuling City was changed to a county-level city, and Yitong County was placed under the jurisdiction of Siping City.

(2) meihekou city will be changed to a county-level city, and Huinan and Liuhe counties will be placed under the jurisdiction of Tonghua City.

Zhejiang province:

1. (the following is the reply of the State Council [1985] No.68 on May 5, 1985).

(1) Cancel Jinhua area and implement the system of city governing county.

(2) Jinhua City was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and Wucheng District and Jinhua County of Jinhua City were established. Wucheng District has jurisdiction over three sub-district offices in the east, middle and west, and Luodian, Shuanglong, Ma Zhu, Xinshi, Dong Xiao, Ganxi, Xianqiao, Duohu, Chengnan, Qiu Bin, clear lake, Dongmei and Suburb 13 townships. Jinhua County governs 9 districts, 3 towns and 49 townships, and the county people's government is located in Wucheng District. Yongkang, Wuyi, Dongyang, Pan 'an, Yiwu and Pujiang in the former Jinhua area were placed under the jurisdiction of Jinhua City.

(3) Cancel Lanxi County and establish Lanxi City (county level).

(4) Quzhou City was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and Kecheng District and Quxian County of Quzhou City were established. Kecheng District has jurisdiction over two sub-district offices in Shang Jie and Xia Jie, and seven townships in Shishi, Xiazhang, Wangcun, Huangjia, Wang Jia, Wantian, Ke Cheng and huayuan town. Quxian county governs 8 districts 1 town 46 townships, and the county people's government is located in Kecheng District. Longyou, Hua Kai, Changshan and Jiangshan counties in the former Jinhua area were placed under the jurisdiction of Quzhou City.

2. Cancel Zhenhai County, and the administrative area of Zhenhai County will be merged into Ningbo City. Set up zhenhai district to expand the coastal area of Ningbo. The administrative area of Zhenhai County and coastal areas is bounded by Yongjiang River, with zhenhai district in the north and coastal areas in the south. 3. Yuyao County was abolished and Yuyao City (county level) was established. The original administrative area of Yuyao County was Yuyao City (the State Council1July 985 16 approval letter [1985]1).

Fujian province:

1. (The following is the reply of the State Council on May 4th [1985] No.67).

(1) Jinjiang and Longxi regions were abolished, and the system of city governing counties was implemented.

(2) Quanzhou was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and Licheng District and its suburbs were established. Licheng District governs 4 streets and 4 villages; Suburban jurisdiction 1 street, 8 townships. Jinjiang, Hui 'an, Nan 'an, Anxi, Yongchun, Dehua and Jinmen (to be returned) in the former Jinjiang area were placed under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou City.

(3) Zhangzhou was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and xiangcheng district was established, which governed 5 streets and 4 towns. Longhai, Xiao Yun, Zhangpu, Zhaoan, Changtai, Dongshan, Nanjing, Pinghe and Hua 'an in the former Longxi area were placed under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou City.

2. It is agreed to establish Licheng District of Quanzhou City, and not to set up suburbs for the time being (the State Council1985 65438+February 22nd, reply letter [1985] 175).

Jiangxi province:

Yichun County was abolished, and the towns and villages belonging to Yichun County were placed under the jurisdiction of Yichun City (county level) (approved by the State Council in its official letter [1985] No.41on March 20th).

Shandong province:

1. Revoke Rizhao County and establish Rizhao City (county level). The former offices of Rizhao County and Shijiusuo are the administrative areas of Rizhao City, which is located in Shijiusuo. (the State Council 1985 Reply Letter [1985] No.43 on March 22nd)

(1) The Tai 'an area was abolished, and Tai 'an was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, realizing the system of city governing county.

(2) Tai 'an City set up Taishan District and its suburbs, and put Ningyang, Feicheng and Dongping counties in the former Tai 'an area under the jurisdiction of Tai 'an City, while xintai city and Laiwu City were managed by Tai 'an City.

(3) Wenshang County and surabaya county in the former Tai 'an area were placed under the jurisdiction of Jining City.

(4) Pingyin County in Tai 'an was placed under the jurisdiction of Jinan City.

3. Six natural villages of Chongshan, Beihe East, Li Quan, Panjiagou, Jiajiazhuang and Gequ in yinan county were included in Mengyin County (1September, 985).

4. There are 32 villages (including township stations) in yinshan town, Banjiudian, Doosan, Kunshan, Silishan, Daanshan and Daimiao Township in Liangshan County, and 23 villages (including township stations) in Shanglaozhuang Township are included in Dongping County. Dongping Lake is managed by Dongping County (1985 65438+February).

Henan province:

Puyang City was established (approved by the State Council 1985 12.30).

Hubei province:

1. Establish Echeng District and Huangzhou District of Ezhou City.

2. Establish Dongbao District and Shayang District of Jingmen City.

Hunan province:

1. Liling County was abolished, and Liling City (county level) was established, with the administrative area of Liling County as the administrative area of Liling City (the State Council1985 Reply Letter [1985] No.76 of May 24, 2008).

2. Abolish Dayong County and establish Dayong City (county level), with Dayong County as the administrative area (the State Council 1985. 5. 24, Reply Letter [1985] No.77).

Guangdong province:

1. Guangzhou establishes Tianhe and Fangcun municipal districts (the State Council1Reply No.75 of May 24th, 985). Note: These two municipal districts take part of Panyu County as their administrative regions. )

2. Huiyang County moved from Huizhou City to Danshui Town (the State Council 1985 Reply Letter [1985] No.83).

(1) Dongguan County was abolished and Dongguan City (county level) was established. The former administrative area of Dongguan County was Dongguan City.

(2) Huiyang, Zhaoqing and Meizhou do not have the conditions for the merger of cities and counties, and still maintain the original organizational system.

Sichuan province:

1. The Huayun Industrial and Agricultural Zone was abolished and Huaying City (county level) was established. The administrative area of Huayun Industrial and Agricultural Zone was Huaying City (the State Council 1985, Reply Letter [1985] 18).

(1) Mianyang area was cancelled.

(2) Mianyang has been upgraded to a prefecture-level city. And set up a central area, taking the former administrative area of Mianyang City as the administrative area of Mianyang City, and put the seven counties of Jiangyou, Santai, Yanting, Anxian, Zitong, Beichuan and Pingwu in the former Mianyang area under the jurisdiction of Mianyang City.

(3) Revocation of Guangyuan County and establishment of Guangyuan City (prefecture level), with the administrative area of Guangyuan County as the administrative area of Guangyuan City. Guangyuan city set up a central area. Wangcang, Qingchuan and Jianchi counties in the former Mianyang area were placed under the jurisdiction of Guangyuan City.

(4) Cancel Suining County, establish Suining City (prefecture level), and take Suining County as the administrative region of Suining City. Suining City has set up a central area, and has put Pengxi and Shehong counties in Mianyang under the jurisdiction of Suining City.

3. The Neijiang area was abolished, Neijiang City was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and the Central District was established, with the original administrative area of Neijiang City as the administrative area of Neijiang City. Neijiang, Lezhi, Anyue, Weiyuan, Zizhong, Ziyang, Jianyang and Longchang in the former Neijiang area are under the jurisdiction of Neijiang City. 4. The Leshan area was abolished, and Leshan City was upgraded to a prefecture-level city, and the system of city governing county was implemented. The former administrative region of Leshan City and Jinkou River Industrial and Agricultural Zone were the administrative regions of Leshan City, and Jinkou River Industrial and Agricultural Zone was changed to Jinkouhe District of Leshan City. Leshan City has established the Central District, wutongqiao district, Shawan District and Jinkouhe District. Leshan's Renshou, Meishan, Qianwei, Jingyan, Emei, Jiajiang, Hongya, Pengshan, Shuchuan, Qingshen, Dan Ling 1 1, Ebian and Mabian counties are under the jurisdiction of Leshan City. Yunnan province:

1. Revoke Wanding Town (county level) and set up Wan Ding (county level), taking the former administrative area of Wanding Town as the administrative area (the State Council1985 65438+1October 3 1 approval letter [65438]

Gansu province:

1. cancel Wuwei county and establish Wuwei city (county level), with the original administrative area of Wuwei county as the administrative area of Wuwei city (the State Council1April 985 15 reply).

(1) Moved the resident of Wudu District Administrative Office from Wudu County to Chengxian County and renamed it Longnan District. Place Xihe County and Lixian County in Tianshui area under Longnan area; Zhangxian county in Tianshui area and Minxian county in Wudu area are classified as Dingxi area. Longnan area governs seven Dangchang counties, namely, Chengxian, Kangxian, Wenxian, Wudu, Dangchang, Xihe and Lixian.

(2) Restore Baiyin City (prefecture level). Baiyin District of Lanzhou City and Wan Qiang, Wuchuan and Shuichuan Township of Gaolan County are classified as Baiyin City. Set up Baiyin District; In Jingyuan County, Baoji Town, Baoji, Shuiquan, * * Hehe, Farming and Fuxing 53 townships were placed under Baiyin City, and Pingchuan District was established. At the same time, Gaolan County, Jingyuan County in Dingxi area and Jingtai County in Wuwei area were placed under the jurisdiction of Baiyin City.

(1) Cancel Tianshui area.

(2) Tianshui has been upgraded to a prefecture-level city. Cancel Tianshui County and merge its administrative area into Tianshui City. Tianshui City established Qincheng District and Beidao District. The original administrative areas of Tianshui City, Zhongliang County and other 17 townships were the administrative areas of Qincheng District. The administrative area of Beidao District is 22 towns such as Weinan in Tianshui County and the administrative area of Beidao Town. Tianshui Municipal People's Government in Qincheng District.

Qinghai province:

1. Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Kazak Autonomous Prefecture was renamed Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (approved by the State Council1No.60 on April 24th, 985).

2. (hereinafter referred to as the State Council1985165438+1October 6th reply letter [1985] 163).

(1) Minhe County was abolished and Minhe Hui Autonomous County was established, with the original Minhe County as the administrative region.

(2) datong county was abolished, and Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County was established, with the former administrative region of datong county as the administrative region of Minhe Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County.

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region:

Bole County was abolished and Bole City (county level) was established. The original administrative division of Bole County was the administrative division of Bole City (approved by the State Council No.65438+81on June 24th, 0985).

Related:

It is agreed that "Tulugate Pass" and "Tuoyun Port" in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region should be renamed as "Tulugate Pass" and "Tulugate Port" respectively. After the name change, the standard writing forms of Roman letters of "Turgat" are TuRugart and Uyghur, and other names and writing forms originally used in this mountain pass and port will be abolished.
