(7) Tour guides shall not sell goods to tourists or buy goods from tourists, and shall not ask tourists for tips in an express or implied way. (8) Tour guides shall not cheat or coerce tourists' consumption or collude with operators to cheat or coerce tourists' consumption when conducting tour guide activities.
