How to deal with German visa rejection?

If you are denied a visa, you can submit a written appeal letter to the consulate within one month of learning of the denial. In your appeal letter, you can ask for a reexamination of your visa application and be given the opportunity to submit missing evidence. Please note: This procedure usually takes at least 4 weeks or longer. The appeal letter must be signed by me and sent to the visa section of the consulate. It can also be sent as an attachment to an email to info@kanton.diplo.de, or sent by fax (fax number: 0086-20-8516 8459). The appeal letter should in all cases be signed by you. Please note: In the appeal letter, you must provide your acceptance number (i.e.: the last six digits of the number given in the rejection letter and your passport number). Please provide complete contact information to ensure that we can contact you. Include: telephone number (together with area code), mobile phone number, email, complete postal code and fax number. In the appeal letter you can (again) state for what purpose you are applying for the visa. You can respond to the reasons for refusal. And provide other materials that you did not provide when applying for the visa. If you have new supplementary materials that need to be submitted, it is not recommended to submit them through a letter of appeal. Resubmitting your visa application is a faster way to obtain a visa. If you send the materials to the visa office through one channel, it will help shorten the processing time and avoid unnecessary duplication of work. If you're sending a fax, don't send it via letter or email. If approved, a visa can be issued and you will be contacted. If your visa application is rejected again by the German Embassy or Consulate after review, the reasons for the rejection will be detailed in German in an explanation letter. This letter of explanation can be appealed to the Berlin Administrative Court.
