Summary of Beijing Yanzi Lake Water Park Tour Guide, Tickets and Parking Items

After years of tourism ecological development, Yanzi Lake Water Park in the suburbs of Beijing now has many quiet and refreshing areas that are very suitable for vacation travel. The hot weather of the summer of 2008 has arrived, and many friends are looking for a cool place to start playing and having fun.

In Changping, a suburb of Beijing, there is a great place for the elderly, children, and couples to cool off in summer, Yanzi Lake. Summer is a great place to play in the water, and the children had a great time swimming and entertaining!

At first, I came here because it was a free attraction on the annual visitor card, so I came to check it out. But when I came, I was immediately trapped by it. The park opens at 9am. At 8 o'clock, tourists came to the parking lot one after another, preparing to enter the park. Most of them came with the elderly and children, and the parking lot at the entrance of the scenic spot was already bustling. If I hadn't arrived early, I wouldn't have believed so many people were waiting so early.

Water Park

In the hot summer, the hottest place in Yanzi Lake is the water amusement area. The area is divided into three parts:

1. Swimming

The swimming area is mainly for parents to take their children to play, and many parents come to the water park. The children range in age from 2 or 3 years old to 15 or 6 years old. In the sweltering summer in Beijing, soaking in the water is the most comfortable thing.

2. Children's Water Park

The Children's Water Park is an independent area, separate from the swimming area. There are several different facilities inside and the kids had a lot of fun. Looking at the innocent smiling faces of the children, I feel very sorry that there were not so many good things to play with when I was a child.

3. Water trapeze

This is a project I really want to play, but the price is small and expensive. 200 yuan a time is almost enough for me to eat ice cream for a month. I recently fell in love with German dark beer. 6 yuan each costs nearly 200 yuan a month. After thinking about it for a while, I finally gave up.

However, many children were playing, some even played twice! No wonder so many people complain - raising children is too expensive!

Wooden Covered Bridge

The most comfortable and cool place in Yanzi Lake is this wooden covered bridge. Cool and refreshing. This is a great place to enjoy the cool summer weather. Much more comfortable than an air-conditioned room. Because there are more people going to play amusement facilities, there are fewer tourists on the wooden covered bridge and it is not crowded. This is my favorite place too.

Pavilion in the middle of the lake

The pavilion in the middle of the lake is also cooler, but not as cool as the wooden covered bridge. There are wooden tables and stools in the museum, but the surfaces are very dirty and you must wipe them clean before sitting down.

Although the wooden covered bridge in Huting is backlit, it is very beautiful and has the charm of a Jiangnan water town.

Cruise boat

In addition to the area where you can play in the water, Yanzi Lake also has a large lake for boating. There are several types of boats, including duck boats and ordinary cruise boats, all of which are battery boats. There are many tourists boating, and some of them feed the fish while boating.

You can feed the fish in the lake, and the fish costs 10 yuan a bag. I also saw a mother holding her baby and she was feeding the baby into the lake with a giant steamed bun. The fish in the lake are delicious. I just don’t know if the fish raised in this lake are edible and what they will taste like.

Children's leisure

In addition to water play projects, there is also a small children's leisure area with some trampoline-like games. I also used a small cage and raised a few peacocks and cute rabbits that had shed their fur.

Photography base

There are many photography props for taking photos in this area. There are swings, glass hanging chairs, big dolls, cars, wooden boats, etc., but you need to pay to enter.

However, because the area is small, the props are densely packed, and the weather is hot now, most tourists are playing in the water, so this area has the least people.

Barbecue area

At the entrance of the scenic spot, you can see the price paid for barbecue. There are several types of restaurants, including tables and chairs, charcoal fires, and ingredients, with different contents and different prices.

But I haven't found this area yet. Maybe it's around the corner across the river? There seems to be a large area there with tables and chairs similar to food stalls, but it seems to be under renovation. Since I didn’t consider eating these things, I didn’t ask for details.

: Notes

1. Tickets for Yanzi Lake are 20 yuan, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Card is free. You can enter directly by swiping your card without exchanging tickets. Water skiing tickets for adults and children are not included in the annual pass, and they are just over 100 yuan. It is cheaper to buy it online for 10 yuan, but you need to go to the ticket office to exchange it.

2. Friends who play in water must pay attention to safety! Pay special attention to the safety of your children.

3. People who play in the water can bring tents, and many people put their tents near the water.

4. The food in the park is relatively expensive. Ice cream starts at 5 yuan, and cold pancakes and hand pancakes cost 15 yuan. You can bring more food and drink by yourself.

5. Parking is free.

6. The wooden covered bridge in the middle of the lake is the coolest place. Ventilated from all sides, cool and comfortable, more comfortable than air-conditioned rooms.

7. The thatched pavilion in the middle of the lake is also cooler, but the tables and chairs are dirty, so be sure to clean them before sitting down.

8. A 30-minute boat trip in the lake costs 50 yuan, and a bag of fish costs 10 yuan.

9. There are fewer people in the water area in the morning and more people in the afternoon.
