2, disguised public funds to travel abroad. Some use public funds to travel abroad in disguise in the name of inspection, study, training, negotiation, investment promotion and participation. 5. Use funds beyond the standard. The Measures for the Administration of Temporary Funds for Going Abroad issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs clearly stipulates the standards for flying abroad, accommodation and catering, but there are still party member cadres who enjoy going abroad and arrange accommodation and tourism beyond the standard. 7. Illegal transfer of expenses for going abroad. Some illegally apportion or pass on the expenses of going abroad (territory) to the organs at the same level, subordinate organs, subordinate units, enterprises and overseas institutions. On October 20/61110, Zhang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Guiyang Vocational College of Nursing, led a team to Canada's Canado College of Applied Arts and Sciences for training and investigation.
