What are the job titles of various positions in travel agencies?

I am engaged in tourism. Let me talk about the internal structure of the travel agency. Travel agencies are divided into: business department, planning and dispatching department, reception department, tour guide department, outreach department and so on!

Business department: mainly responsible for soliciting tours, ground connection and other travel agency business, with positions such as manager.

Planning and Dispatching Department: mainly engaged in travel agency business, designing tourist routes and making quotations.

Reception Department: it mainly receives guests who come to consult and other visitors.

Tour guide department: that is, a tour guide leads a group or something.

External relations department: the spokesperson of foreign travel agencies, mainly the local travel agencies! Often go to other cities to promote their travel agencies and so on!
