How to refund the global knight card

1. Unlock the mobile phone, click the Alipay APP of the mobile phone to log in to the home page, then enter the keyword "Global Knight Card Purchase" in the search bar and click the "Search" button.

2. Click in the search results to enter the global knight card purchase page, then click the orange "Complaint Feedback" button in the page, click the "Query Order/Independent After-sales" option, then enter the mobile phone number or order number when placing the order, enter the picture verification code and the verification code received in the mobile phone, and finally click the "Confirm Query" button.

3. Entering the order details page, we can see that there is a "Cancel Order" button. Click and confirm to cancel the order.

4. After the order is cancelled, the fee will be automatically returned to Alipay. Please wait a while and receive a refund.
