What are the subjects of the tour guide card?

Subject 1 * * of the application for tourist guide card includes 5 subjects.

1, policies and laws and regulations (subject 1).

This course mainly examines the candidates' understanding, familiarity and mastery of the basic national policies, fundamental systems, fundamental tasks, major policies and laws, regulations and policies related to the development of tourism. Candidates need to be familiar with relevant policies and regulations and understand their requirements and norms for tour guide work.

2. Tour guide business (subject 2).

This subject mainly examines the candidates' understanding, familiarity and mastery of tour guides' professional ethics, professional quality, service standards and related knowledge. Candidates need to know the professional requirements and responsibilities of tour guides, and be familiar with their language skills, tour guide skills and contingency skills.

3. Basic knowledge of national tour guides (subject 3).

This course mainly examines candidates' understanding, familiarity and mastery of the great achievements made by China people in the process of revolution, construction, reform and new era, the general situation of China's tourism development, the knowledge of China's history and culture, China literature, China's ethnic and religious knowledge, China's natural geography knowledge and the general situation of China's main tourist source countries.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of all aspects of China, including history, culture and geography.

4. Basic knowledge of local tour guides (subject 4).

This course mainly examines the candidates' understanding, familiarity and mastery of the general situation of China provinces, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Candidates need to know the characteristics, culture and tourism resources of China.

5, tour guide service ability (subject 5).

This course mainly adopts computer man-machine dialogue and man-machine answering questions to conduct on-site examinations for candidates. The content of the examination is mainly to examine the basic ability and quality requirements of candidates in tour guide service.

Candidates in China need to prepare no less than 12 scenic spots, and the examination time for each person should be no less than 15 minutes. Foreign language candidates should prepare no less than 5 scenic spots, and the examination time for each person should be no less than 25 minutes.
