Pingtan Travel Guide

Pingtan Transportation

Flight: You can take a plane to Fuzhou Changle Airport, and then take a bus to Pingtan.

High-speed rail: If you choose to take the high-speed rail, you can first go to Fuzhou or Fuqing Station, and then take the bus to Pingtan.

Bus: There are many buses every day in Changle, Fuzhou and Fuqing.

Ferry: In addition to flying, friends in Taiwan can also take the "Strait" and "Lina" to Pingtan.

Beigang Colored Stone Houses

Beigang Village is full of houses like this. Pieces of stone houses are scattered on the beach, with red bricks and bluestone strips and saddle-shaped gabled roofs.

Location: Liushui Town, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. Self-driving tourists can directly reach Beigang Cultural and Creative Village. From Pingtan Bus Station, you can take bus No. 25 to Beigang Cultural and Creative Village, or bus No. 26 to Shanmenqian Station, and then walk. Currently, the island-circling buses also pass through Beigang Village.

Beiling

Beilan Ridge in Pingtan almost retains its original ecology. The beach has not been artificially repaired and is rich in aquatic products, especially It is a simple folk custom, like a paradise. There is a stone official hat on the mountain behind the village and a stone official seal on the sea. The most modern buildings are churches. Lots of crabs, shellfish, seaweed, etc. Along the coastline of Lanling. These creatures like reefs, but in developed scenic areas, the fine sand is buried and there are few reefs.

Junshan

Junshan is located in the north of Haitan Island. The main peak inserts into Yunfeng with an altitude of 434.6 meters, which is the highest point in the county. It’s a pristine environment and absolutely perfect for hikers. "Junshan Chaoyun" is included in the top ten old scenes of Pingtan. On the east side of this mountain peak, there are some scenic spots, such as watching the sun, ringing stones with gongs and drums, and the "Leaping Dragon to Seize the Pearl" scenic spot at Yuelonggang on the mountainside. Climbing up Junshan Mountain, you will find extremely steep cliffs, fertile fields at the foot of the mountain, scattered residential houses, lush woods, and a panoramic view of ten miles of scenery. Yangtze River

The Yangtze River Beach is one of the three major beaches in Pingtan. It is dotted with fine white sandy beaches and clear blue water. Islands and reefs, with lush protective forests behind them. This is a natural beach. There is the largest wind farm in Fujian on the Yangtze River in Australia. The windmills are arranged in an orderly manner. The windmills on the blue sea, blue sky and white clouds are so beautiful.

Location: Pingyuan Town, Pan Village (near the 18th floor). Take the shuttle bus from Pingtan to Baiqing from Suao Passenger Terminal, get off at Baiqing County, and walk into Yangtze River Ao.
