Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Chongqing, China was approved by the State Council in October 211. It is the only municipal-level development zone between the Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road in southern Chongqing. It consists of Wansheng Tourism Center City, Chongqing Coal and Electricity Industrial Park, Chongqing Pingshan New Materials and Yongcheng Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park and Chongqing Heishan Ecological Leisure Tourism Holiday Park.
