I went to Nujiang with my family during the Spring Festival. The river there is as green as jade, and it is the only river in China that flows naturally without building a large hydropower station. There are people living in Bingzhongluo, where there is a misty village like a fairyland, and there is Qiunabong, one of the most beautiful villages in China. There are too many reasons to go there.

The feeling of driving into the Nujiang Gorge is different immediately. The mountains with a height difference of more than 1 meters on both sides seem to compress everything into a narrow one. Surprisingly, the green river is not turbulent, and some paragraphs are even like tiled emerald cloth. It is such a picturesque river that has nurtured a large population, and the density of houses on the mountainsides on both sides of the strait can be seen. And the fields with amazing slopes on the mountains are also a sight.

I have been to Nujiang River in 28 and 213. In my memory, the road is narrow, and sometimes the half of the carriageway near the river suddenly collapses and disappears. It is also from then on that I realized how versatile the bulldozer is, and it can make the broken road return to traffic when retreating. Will it be the same this time?

From Lushui County, the paved road is smooth and smooth. Compared with the past, there is a two-way plastic trail/bicycle lane on the river side, which is said to be repaired to Bingzhongluo immediately. According to the online search, the greenway of Nujiang Meili Highway is 278.35 kilometers long, which will be started in mid-221 with a planned construction period of one year. Looking at this modern trail, I look forward to stopping by bike at any time to see the scenery. It is really better to observe every inch of the beauty of the Nujiang River at close range than by car.

Going further inside the Nujiang River, it seems that Wuli Village, which stretches along the hillside on the other side, has lost some flavor. In the past, the Yunnan-Tibet border, which only allowed one car to pass through, was as wide as a town road, while Qiunatong Village, which was difficult to enter before, had a cement road going up the mountain, which took you beyond Qiunatong and into a deeper hinterland and deeper village.

"If you want to be rich, build roads first", which is a wise saying. For local people, it is convenient to communicate with the world when the road is repaired to the door, and the difference between urban and rural areas is disappearing at an extremely fast speed. It's a blessing, right? Locals can't always stay in it is hard to go, and they have no obligation to keep Gu Zhuo's side for the curiosity of outsiders.
