Dajingmen Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. It is located at the northern end of Zhangjiakou City. It is a landmark building in Zhangjiakou, close to Jiayuguan, Shanhaiguan, Juyongguan is also known as the four major passes of the Great Wall and is known as the "first gate of the Great Wall". Dajingmen was built in the first year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1644) and has a history of more than 300 years. It is a brick arch with a stone foundation. The top is a platform, 12 meters long and 7.5 meters wide, with a 1.7-meter-high crenel outside and a 0.8-meter-high parapet inside. On the lintel are the four characters "Great Rivers and Mountains" written by Gao Weiyue, the governor of Chahar in 1927.

Dajingmen and the Great Wall are provincial-level cultural relics protection units. Eight scenic spots including the Dajingmen Great Wall, old photo exhibition, Zhangku Avenue Historical Scenery Park, and Erlang Temple are open to the public. 2. Ci'er Mountain Yunquan Temple

Cier Mountain is located in the west of Zhangjiakou City, 3 kilometers away from the urban area. Legend has it that Qilin, a gift to the world of children, once came to this mountain and left its toe prints on the mountain. Therefore, Yunquan Temple got its name and is the largest Buddhist holy place in North China. The annual average temperature here is 8-9°C and the highest temperature is 28°C. It attracts tourists with its natural scenery of "clouds flying over the springs and springs flowing among the clouds" and its cultural characteristics of both Buddhism and Taoism.

3. Zhangjiakou Fort Scenic Area

Zhangjiakou Fort Scenic Area is a national AA-level scenic spot, located in the center of Zhangjiakou City, commonly known as Baozili. Founded in the fourth year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1429), it is an ancient city with a history of nearly 600 years. Zhangjiakou Fort is the root of Zhangjiakou and the birthplace of Zhangjiakou urban area. Most of the buildings in the fort are government offices, official residences, private residences of wealthy businessmen, and religious places.
