Tickets for the Forbidden City on China Tourism Day: 60 yuan in peak season and 40 yuan in low season. The Forbidden City is located in the center of Beijing. Facing the north gate Shenwumen, there is a Jingshan built of earth and stone. In terms of the overall layout, Jingshan can be said to be the barrier to the Forbidden City complex.

The Forbidden City is about 960 meters long from north to south and 750 meters wide from east to west. It covers an area of ??more than 720,000 square meters and has more than 8,000 existing houses.
