Road map from Shenzhen to Hong Kong

Hong Kong is a very modern city, adjacent to Shenzhen. It is convenient to go to Hong Kong from Shenzhen. You can even go to Hong Kong by subway. For mainlanders, going to Hong Kong is still very novel. This is a road map from Shenzhen to Hong Kong.

Take east rail line from Shenzhen Luohu Port and get off at tsim sha tsui station in about 40 minutes. Tsim Sha Tsui was the first place I visited in Hongkong.

MTR tsim sha tsui station

Walking out of the subway station, I saw the street sign with "Guangdong Road" written in traditional Chinese characters, the familiar taxis in Hong Kong movies driving in the street, and the "vernacular" spoken from time to time.

At that moment, I was so excited that I was eager to know and visit the city and appreciate the unique customs of Hong Kong Island in one day.

I used to think that Twins' song "The Next Stop after the Queen" was just the title. It was not until that day that I recharged Octopus in the port and took a look at the subway route map of the MTR, only to know that there really was such a station called "Tianhou".

This is my first visit to Hong Kong after living in Shenzhen for more than ten years. I usually go home from school. Passing by Binhe Avenue, you can see the mountain in Hong Kong opposite Shenzhen River outside the window.

I used to wonder, when can I walk across the river? Fortunately, this wish came true at the beginning of last year.

Hong Kong really smells good. No matter in the subway car or in the shopping plaza of Harbour City, I can smell a faint perfume, which is the most intuitive sense of smell in Hong Kong.

In the past two years, Taiwan Province Eslite Bookstore has successively opened branches in Chinese mainland. Prior to this, Eslite only had branches in Hongkong and Taiwan Province Province.

After visiting Tsim Sha Tsui, I suddenly looked up and saw the signboard of Eslite Bookstore. I really wanted to visit one of the bookstores, so I went upstairs to visit the bookstore and bought one or two books I liked. I've heard a lot about its name, and this trip to Hong Kong Island finally made me feel the unique atmosphere of this bookstore.

I am a person who likes reading paper books. Although it is the information age, electronic reading is very convenient and affordable. Sometimes when I smell a book, I suddenly feel very happy and can read more leisurely.

Every time I go to a city, I will visit bookstores in the city or kiosks on the sidewalk, trying to find text marks and cultural symbols belonging to this place.

Victoria Harbour is a port and sea area between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula, named after Queen Victoria of England.

At the same time, because of Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong has two great reputations: "Pearl of the Orient" and "Three Nightscape in the World".

After visiting Eslite, Tsim Sha Tsui is not far from Victoria Harbour. After visiting the square, walk all the way to Golden Bauhinia Square and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. During this period, I also visited the nearby Hong Kong Art Museum and Hong Kong Cultural Center.

Golden Bauhinia Square

On both sides of Victoria Harbour, I walked all day and photographed its early morning and beautiful night view.

The best angle is to stand on the Peak of Taiping in Hong Kong, where you can have a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour.

At noon, I took a boat to Central on the other side of Victoria Harbour, watched the Ferris wheel and went to the official direct store of Apple mobile phone in Hong Kong.

I stopped in central for a while, then returned to the other side by boat, and suddenly remembered. I didn't take a walk on the famous Avenue of Stars.

Unfortunately, the Avenue of Stars is undergoing maintenance works, and visitors are not allowed to enter. It's a pity that I didn't take a walk on this avenue with star fingerprints.

It doesn't matter, I told myself. Then remember to come and see next time you come.

This is the first time to Hong Kong Island. It's a pity that a city can't be visited all at once, which also gives me reason and expectation to come back.

After dinner in Tsim Sha Tsui that day, I took a night photo in Victoria Harbour. After a while, it began to rain. We hurriedly took a night view of Victoria Harbour, ended our journey two hours earlier and returned to Shenzhen by East Rail in Hung Hom.

My impression of Hong Kong began with Hong Kong movies. This trip to Hong Kong Island gave me a deeper understanding of Hong Kong.

What impressed me about Hong Kong was my personal summary:

1. Walking in many places in Hong Kong, you can smell faint perfume.

2. When taking the elevator, most people will stand on the right, and the left will be reserved for those who are in a hurry to pass. When waiting for the subway, there will be no crowding and random queue jumping.

The driver's seat in Hong Kong is the co-pilot seat in the Mainland, and the road and the driver's seat are opposite.

Prices in Hong Kong are really too expensive. Have a snack and ask for 40 yuan. Although I am full, I am very distressed about money.

The iron billboards outside the shops in Hong Kong are very distinctive. You can find the symbols of old Hong Kong.

In addition to shopping, in fact, some places in Hong Kong are also worth taking photos and sightseeing.

These are some of my summaries.

Later, when I looked at the photos taken during my trip in my spare time, I thought the night view of Hong Kong was quite good, but few people watched it at night.

The night view of Hong Kong Island can be divided into two parts. Part of it is a colorful billboard with neon lights. The other part is that traffic reflects the splendor of the city at night.

Victoria Harbour

In one day, between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The two cities are separated by a Shenzhen River and several land ports.

The year of my senior high school entrance examination coincided with the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.

Shenzhen is my second hometown. I prefer Shenzhen to Hong Kong.

I came to the city you have been to, walked through the streets you walked, and recorded the soft journey time.

The significance of traveling is to take more roads, see more scenery and meet more people and things along the way. Travel always brings us surprises, disappointments, happiness, sadness and regret, but more is growth and gain.

I also have a unique love for Hong Kong.
