Where is the best place for white-collar workers to travel in July and August?
It is better for white-collar workers to travel to Enshi in July and August. Enshi was once rated as the most beautiful wonderland in China by CNN, and National Geographic also selected Enshi as the most beautiful place in China. I go to Enshi almost every year for a period of time in July or August, because the temperature in the city where I am is already approaching 36 degrees, and because of Enshi’s special geographical location, the temperature is still around a comfortable 26 degrees in the summer, morning and evening. You even need to bring a sweater to keep out the cold when going into the mountains.
Only when I arrived in Enshi did I realize that when I was a child, I heard about the eighteen bends of the mountain road here, and that this is a magical sky road. In front of Enshi, it was all trivial, from Shuanghe Village, Xintang Township to Muli A section of road in Yuancun is called "Tian Road", which is also a nationally famous "wall road".
This road was dug diligently by local villagers. It is shrouded in mist in spring and summer, and covered in snow in winter. From a distance, it looks like a ribbon running through the valley. I consider myself an "old driver" who has been driving for many years, but I still don't dare to challenge such a difficult road. When it comes to road construction in Enshi, it is a scene of its own. In the Shiziguan Scenic Area in Xuanen County, there is a 500-meter-long plank road that looks like it is floating on the water.
There is also the Sidu River Bridge that has been brushed up. It can be said to be the most classic highway building in Enshi. It is also the world's largest cable bridge built by China in the mountains. The bridge deck is more than 560 meters away from the canyon. It is equivalent to the height of 200 floors, but I have been to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, which is about the 163rd floor. To be honest, it is too high. At this level, it is beyond the range of us mortals.
It was first planted by Enshi because this picture looks like a boat suspended on the water. Later I found out that this place is in a small mountain village in Hefeng County, Enshi, called Hefeng Pingshan Canyon. It is still in a semi-developed state. There are very limited guides and information available. After going there, I found that transportation, accommodation , entertainment, etc., can only be regarded as so-so.
And for this reason, if you want to go, you usually have to go with a local, so it is safer to go in a group with friends. We were lucky. The family that took us there was very kind and simple. The grandmother at home was over 80 years old and could still cook, which made us feel very embarrassed.
The canyon is very quiet. Although we have seen many waterfalls, we climbed all the way, using our hands and feet. We were still shocked when we saw Feitian Waterfall. Few people know the road to Feitian Waterfall. It was built The road was also built spontaneously by the villagers. So we charged a tour guide fee of 150 yuan per person. The price is really worth it for the view.
