Is industrial transfer a concept?

First, what is industrial transfer? Industrial transfer has attracted the attention of academic circles earlier, but there is no unified definition of its concept so far. At present, it is recognized that industrial transfer refers to the transfer of industries from some countries or regions to other countries or regions, which is a phenomenon that industries move in space. This concept is only expressed from the perspective of region or space, not from the essence of the concept. This paper holds that industrial transfer refers to the industrial transfer led by enterprises within a country due to the change of resource supply or product demand conditions. It is a dynamic process with time and space dimensions, an economic behavior and process of transferring from one region to another through the flow of production factors, and an important way to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure of a country or region. At the same time, it is considered that industrial transfer is broad, including the transfer of industrial production links and industrial R&D design, service and sales, that is to say, the transfer of production, sales, service and R&D at different levels, modes and stages within the same industry.
