It is estimated that it will take 27 years to complete the construction and start construction in 214 at the latest.

Until now, the project has only stayed in a written agreement.

In contrast to our China high-speed rail, in recent years, more and more Southeast Asian countries have asked us to help build high-speed rail, such as the Jakarta-Bandung High-speed Railway we built for Indonesia and the Sino-Thai high-speed rail that will be started soon. Many countries have chosen our China high-speed rail because we have the strongest cost performance. China's high-speed rail technology is world-class, and we have rich experience in high-speed rail construction. There are high-speed rails distributed from the south to the north of China and the Gobi to the mountains. Now the total mileage of high-speed rail in China has exceeded 3, kilometers, ranking first in the world. In addition, the construction cost of high-speed rail in China is also the lowest. We have a complete construction system and supporting facilities, which can reduce the construction cost much lower than that of high-speed rail in other countries, which is also one of our very important advantages.

Generally speaking, at that time, Vietnamese thought Japanese high-speed rail was the best, but they ignored China high-speed rail, which was more cost-effective.
