1. Open Yuncheng Fire E-Governance app and click the Forgot Password button.

2. In the forgotten password page that pops up, enter the mobile phone number and follow the prompts for man-machine verification.

3. After verification, the system will send verification code information, please note.

4. Enter the verification code received in the short message in the verification code input box, and enter the new password to be set. Click the Submit button after confirmation.

5. The system will display that the password has been set successfully and return to the login page.
