What are the procedures for motorboats?

If it is for personal use, only family and friends will go to play in the water, not for business, and generally no formalities are needed! If you want to travel and fish, you should follow the procedures related to photos!

If you want to go through the formalities, the first procedure is the ship inspection certificate (commercial ships with a waterline of more than 5 meters must go through it). The second procedure is some certificates and licenses required by your local jurisdiction!

Fifth tourism departments at all levels are the competent departments to visit the motorboat industry, and their safety management responsibilities are:

(a) the implementation of water traffic safety regulations, combined with the actual situation of the industry, formulate internal safety management rules and regulations;

(two) to strengthen the management of tour motorboat business units, establish and improve the safety post responsibility system;

(3) To put forward the scope and route of motorboat tourist waters, and set up eye-catching regional signs and special docks within the tourist waters;

(four) to be responsible for the examination and approval of the operation and purchase of motorboats.

If there is no tourism department, the county (city) and district people's governments shall designate a relevant department to be responsible for the safety management of motorboats and exercise the above duties.

Sixth port supervision and ship inspection departments at all levels shall implement unified supervision and management of motorboats. Its main responsibilities are:

(a) to supervise the implementation of water traffic safety regulations;

(two) to register the ship and issue the "motorboat ship license";

(three) responsible for the inspection of the manufacture and use of sightseeing motorboats, and issue the "Ship Inspection Certificate";

(four) to organize the training of motorboat drivers and issue certificates of competency for crew members;

(five) responsible for the annual inspection of motorboats and drivers.

Article 5 Anyone who engages in tourism activities by sailing boats or motorboats shall conduct commercial registration according to law and file with the Municipal Sports Bureau.

Article 6 Employees of sailing boats and jet skis shall provide the following materials when registering with the Municipal Sports Bureau:

(a) "sailing, jet skiing tourism registration form";

(two) the industrial and commercial registration information of employees;

(3) Information on sailing boats and motorboats engaged in tourism activities;

(4) Information of crew members and other employees;

(five) safety production responsibility system, safety and pollution prevention management system and emergency plan and other safety production management systems.
