To celebrate that Xin 'an County, Luoyang City won the 6th National Civilized City, all A-level scenic spots in this county are free of tickets for tourists (5 yuan insurance is required! Xin 'an is one of the main birthplaces of Heluo culture, with rich natural and cultural resources and beautiful scenery, which can be described as a tourist treasure at home.

Location: Qingtianhe Scenic Area, Xin 'an County, Luoyang City

The scenic area is a combination of the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River and the rural scenery in the north, and is known as the "Three Gorges in the North" and "Guilin Landscape".
