Introduction of one-day tour of Lindong Giant Buddha

If you plan to go to Lindong Buddha in the near future, you can refer to my strategy.

Morning:

Morning is the best time to visit Lindong Buddha. The air in the morning is fresh, and the Buddha statue is more sacred and solemn. It is recommended to leave around 6: 00 in the morning, avoid the peak of people, get close to the giant Buddha and feel the quiet atmosphere.

1. Arrive at the destination: take a local bus, taxi or drive to Lindong Giant Buddha.

2. Entering Lindong Buddha: After arriving at Lindong Buddha, enter the Buddhist Cultural Park first. There are temples, palaces, flower beds and scenic paths here, which constitute a unique tourist attraction. Follow the signpost to the square where Lindong Buddha is located.

3. Appreciate Lindong Buddha: Before you come to Lindong Buddha, you will be shocked by this bronze Buddha statue which is 69.26 meters high. This Buddha statue is magnificent. Stand quietly in front of the Buddha statue and feel the solemnity and tranquility of Buddhist culture. You can also circle around the Buddha statue to show your respect.

Morning:

In the morning, we will continue to visit the scenic spots around Lindong Giant Buddha to deepen our understanding of Buddhist culture.

1. Visit the Treasure Hall: Around the Buddha statue, there are famous Wuzhen Temple and Guo Fu Temple for you to visit. Wuzhen Temple is an ancient and solemn temple, with Confucian classrooms, Daxiong Hall and other buildings. Guo Fu Temple is a large-scale modern style temple with solemn Buddha statues. In the temple, listen to the Buddhist sound of Gongde Hall and appreciate the charm of Buddhist culture.

2. Walk along the landscape trail: There are beautiful landscape trails around Lindong Buddha, enjoying natural scenery and Buddhist cultural elements. There are small bridges, flowing water, flower beds and grasslands along the way, which is a good place for leisure. Choose to walk or ride and feel the charm of nature.

Lunch:

At noon, taste local specialties in a restaurant near Lindong Giant Buddha. The dishes here are mainly Fujian cuisine, with pure taste and endless aftertaste. I recommend trying Fuzhou snacks, fish ball soup, steamed stuffed bun and hot and sour powder.

Afternoon:

After lunch, we will continue to explore the surrounding scenic spots of Lindong Giant Buddha and learn more about the local history and culture.

1. Visit nearby attractions: There are some famous tourist attractions near Lindong Giant Buddha. Go to Sanfangqixiang, at the foot of Wushan Mountain. This area is one of the best preserved ancient blocks in Fuzhou. Strolling among them, it seems to be back to ancient Fuzhou. In addition, you can also go to Gushan Park to enjoy the panoramic view and magnificent sea view of Fuzhou city.

2. Participate in Buddhist activities: If you are interested in Buddhism, you can participate in Buddhist activities held in Lindong Buddha. Buddhist activities are often held here, such as Dharma, chanting and meditation experience. Participate in it, feel the profound connotation of Buddhist culture, and at the same time get inner peace and relaxation.
