What souvenirs can I buy when traveling to Europe?
The Netherlands:
The Netherlands has three treasures: windmills, wooden shoes, and tulips. You can find such things in the streets and alleys of Amsterdam, and the price is very cheap, basically within 10 euros. The smaller ones even cost just 1 euro.
Germany:
Don’t miss the 4711 perfume made by Cologne people with Rhine River water. It's cheap and the best cologne in the world. Of course there are women's perfumes too. Prices range from a few euros to tens of euros. But it is very valuable, I bought 12 bottles! In addition, Germany is a country rich in celebrities, and the many souvenirs about modern and contemporary celebrities are also great!
Belgium:
No doubt, when you arrive in Belgium, bring as much chocolate as possible! Basically, you can buy hundreds of fine Belgian shell-shaped chocolates in China for 1 or 2 euros. Very good deal. The last time I went there, I bought 20 boxes to give away to my country.
France:
Everyone says that you should buy perfume when you go to France, but I don’t think so. Because French perfumes are of the same brand and are much more expensive than other countries! ! Especially in Paris. I don't think there's anything different. But French cosmetics are of high quality and low price, especially colored clothing. But I don’t recommend buying skin care products. When I was in Paris, a girl selling skin care products told me that these skin care products have different effects on yellow people and white people. But Paris is a place where people want to spend money. French art and Gypsy handicrafts on street stalls can be negotiated at high prices, and they are indeed beautiful and cheap. I bought a big bag of lavender when I came back to the UK from France.
Switzerland:
I didn’t buy anything when I passed through Switzerland. Watches and military knives are Swiss specialties, but I don’t need them. The price is similar to that in China, but I heard the quality is much better. However, Switzerland is a place where travel and living expenses are extremely high. I still think it is more important to save more Swiss francs to see the scenery in Switzerland. The only thing I bought in Switzerland was a Swiss bear in Lucerne, which was super cute.
Spain:
Needless to say, the various handicrafts are really a paradise for women. I think Spain is the cheapest country in Europe that I have ever been to. Just buy as much clothes as you want here! Buy jewelry! ! !
And the UK, the country I am in now.
Things in the UK are outrageously expensive, and basically nothing is cheaper than in China. Especially England. So when you come to the UK, don’t even think about finding cheap stuff. If you must find some to take back with you for a few years, it is recommended to buy whiskey in duty-free shops (but I have compared the prices of whiskey in ASDA and TESCO than in duty-free shops).
