Dunhuang travel guide!
If you arrive in the morning, the railway station is not far from the Mogao Grottoes Digital Center. If you are in no hurry, you can walk. Get out of the railway station on the right and walk along the road until you come to the national highway. Visiting the Digital Center of Mogao Grottoes is the first stop. If you want to buy a ticket, you must make an appointment in advance, and the flow of people is limited every day. Of course, the tour guides should be arranged. I watched two movies, which was very shocking and I learned a lot about history. It's five or six minutes' journey from the car ferry to the Mogao grottoes scenic spot, so you are not allowed to drive by yourself. Line up to enter. People with special instructions can only visit eight representative caves at a time. Of course, if you have more time, you can queue up several times. It will be shocking to see the clay statue of Buddha inside, and also deeply feel the cultural heritage of our country.
Crescent Spring Mingsha Mountain:
Crescent Spring Town-Mogao Grottoes can go to Crescent Spring in the afternoon if they leave early. Take bus 12 from Mogao Grottoes, get off at downtown, cross Shazhou Market, and take bus No.3 to Crescent Spring. It won't take long, and it's very convenient. If you want to eat, you can take bus No.3 and get off at the next stop before Crescent Spring-Crescent Spring Town. Although there are not many people newly developed by the government, they can eat well in it and feel better than Dunhuang night market. You can relax lazily. If you are thirsty, of course, you can visit a boutique and have a cup of apricot skin water.
After dinner, wait for five o'clock to go to Mingsha Mountain in Crescent Spring. If you go early, it will be too hot. Bring a hat or a scarf. If you want to be crazy, you don't need to buy a shoe cover. It's cool to ride a camel up Mingsha Mountain or try a glider helicopter boldly. When you go down the mountain, the camel will take you to a place not far from the crescent spring. After watching the Crescent Moon Spring (I don't think it's as beautiful as the picture, of course, I have my own experience), then I can drag my shoes to play with the sand, climb the high sand mountain and wait for the sunset to be crazy, or run down or roll down (I'm crazy to do so). Shake off the sand when you come down, especially in your pocket. hahaha.
Dunhuang Museum:
We started from Lanzhou and took the train 17. 17. We arrived at Dunhuang Railway Station at eight o'clock the next morning. When I arrived at the digital center, I found that the appointment was at noon, so I simply went to the city by car (the train station carpooled for 10 yuan per person. If you leave the Mogao Grottoes first, you can take the 12 road to the city, and 3 yuan is convenient for everyone). Dunhuang Museum is rich in content and detailed in history. If you register with your ID card, the tickets are free.
Due to time constraints, I didn't get a glimpse of Ya Dan's landforms and customs, and I didn't go to several key points. Interested parties are in Baidu themselves.
