Local specialties include pickled fish, Congjiang Xiang pig and Liping Xiang He Nuo.

1. One of the specialties in southeastern Guizhou is pickled fish, which is made of rice field fish, ginger, Chili noodles, glutinous rice, salt and rice wine. Fish with pickled vegetables is bright in color, mellow in taste, hot and sour, appetizing and nutritious.

2. Congjiang Xiang Pig is a special product of congjiang county in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, and is listed as a second-class rare protected animal by the state. Small size, tender meat, pure genes and no pollution.

3. Liping Xianghe Nuo is a specialty of Liping County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, mainly produced in Liping County. Liping Xianghe glutinous rice is a precious and unique genetic resource of local crop varieties in China.
