Introduction to the School of Tourism Management of Qiongzhou University

The School of Tourism Management was founded in 1994, formerly known as the Department of Tourism. It is the earliest major base for cultivating tourism management professionals and economic management professionals in Hainan. Since the school was founded, it has delivered 15 classes of graduates, more than 2,000 people, to the society. Many graduates have become the backbone of business on various fronts and have made important contributions to the development of Hainan's social economy and tourism. In November 2009, the School of Tourism Management was officially established. It is a new college composed of the original Department of Tourism, Department of Mathematics, and Department of Political History. The college has three undergraduate majors, namely tourism management, marketing, and logistics management; and five junior college majors, namely tourism management, marketing, computerized accounting, e-commerce, and logistics management.
