Go to Tongliao to see the grassland on May Day and ask some questions

No grassland can be seen on May Day. The grassland is not quite green yet. There is basically no bus transportation between tourist attractions in Tongliao, and it is still far from the city. It’s better to find a local travel agency. If you don’t have much money, you can only spend more than 100 on a day trip.

The Zhurihe bus we took was to Zhurihe Ranch, which was still far from the scenic spot. Even at the edge of the highway, there is still a small paint road 7 kilometers away from the scenic spot. Walking is out of the question. It is also convenient for travel agencies. But there is basically nothing in the attractions. Unless the horse racing festival comes on August 18th. Besides, the horse racing festival was not held in Zhuri River last year.

If you just want to see it, I suggest you take the bus from Tongliao to Lubei or Tongliao to Baiyinhushuo at the bus station. The whole way is grassland. There are many shuttle buses to and from the hotel, so you can get there and back on the same day.

I suggest you go to Daqinggou in Kezuohou Banner. This is considered one of the better attractions in Tongliao. There are grasslands and deserts. Naturally formed deep ditch. Worth a visit for out-of-towners. You can take a train from Tongliao Railway Station to Ganqika and change buses there. Self-guided tour is available. Even the ticket price of less than 200 is enough. Go early and have enough time for the day. There are primeval forests, rafting, horseback riding, sand skiing, grass skiing, and boating. There are three main attractions in Daqinggou, and there are battery cars that go back and forth between the attractions. Coming from the direction of Shenyang and Jinzhou, go directly to Ganqi Kaxia, which is closer than Tongliao.
